White Canvas
The latest editorial with Edoardo Bove
by Fabrizio Borriello - 04/02/26
There is a quietness that precedes movement.
A suspended moment — silent, yet charged.
WHITE CANVAS begins there.
A white space returned to its essential condition. No scenography. No distraction. Light defines volume. The void does not fill — it sharpens.
The set is built on three elements: light, body, material.
When the unnecessary is removed, what remains is proportion, distance, presence.
Edoardo enters the space with natural restraint.
He does not force the gesture. He does not seek effect.
He does not perform — he defines.
Lines follow the body.
Fabric holds structure.
Skin holds presence.
Within the white, every detail becomes visible — a gaze, an inclination, a pause. The intensity does not rise; it concentrates. The space does not impose; it allows.
WHITE CANVAS is not minimalism as an aesthetic.
It is minimalism as method.
It is an exercise in subtraction.
An editorial project by Degliuberti.
Produced and Creative Directed by CMQ STUDIO.
