De Nimes
The denim or jeans fabric is composed of cotton and nylon , generally blue color and is the fabric historical with which the trousers are packaged in cut jeans . It is a sargia ("serge" in French), has a diagonal weave and is therefore a particularly robust fabric suitable for workwear.
It takes its name from the city of Nîmes in France and was once called "serge de Nîmes". From "de Nimes" therefore comes "denim".
